A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Dr. Jeff Thomas received a master in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville then his medical doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed internal medicine internship at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana
and a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Staff appointments include Indiana Surgery Center, St. Vincent Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital and Community Hospitals in Indianapolis, Indiana.
